Disgo 9200 recovery menu blunder?

Hi there,

I looked around the net and found nothing on this irritating blunder and found this forum, I figured since I now own an android tablet I might as well join!

Anyway, onto the blunder:

I have an issue, the screen won't respond to touch, the timing makes me think an app management program has disabled it.
Now I boot up the recovery menu (boot up device with Power + Back held down) and see this.
